Linda began her career in the recruiting industry in 1993, with her tenure as a Senior Partner at Bartholdi & Company, a retained search consulting firm. This led to her creating Linda Goodin and Associates only a few short years later, with a focus on providing only the highest quality client searches and consulting possible. 

Since then, Linda Goodin and Associates has been one of the foremost executive recruiting firms in the food and beverage field, working with companies of all shapes and sizes, from small startups to the largest companies in the industry. With 25+ years of experience and expertise, we have had the pleasure to partner with groups such as ConAgra Foods, Campbell Soup, Pinnacle Foods, Sun Pacific, Chiquita Brands, Griffith Foods, OSI Partners.
